If you are an existing BOC customer and have changed your address, please click on the link to access a fillable Change of Address Form. Each account holder must complete and sign a separate form. Once completed and signed, you may return it to us in one of the following ways: drop the completed form off at any branch, OR email it to customerservice@myboc.bank, OR mail to:
